🎤 Question 1

Tell me about yourself. What kind of person are you?

Hello, my name is OOO, and I’m currently OO years old.
I recently came back to South Korea after spending about five years in the United States.

At first, it wasn’t easy at all. (언제) When I started working as an intern, (무엇을)I struggled with communication because English wasn’t my first language. Sometimes I felt frustrated when I couldn’t fully express my ideas during meetings.

Later on, I moved to another company and worked as a s manager. That role really pushed me out of my comfort zone because I had to negotiate with clients and lead presentations in English. Through those experiences, I became much more confident and adaptable.

In terms of personality, I would describe myself as someone who enjoys being around people. I get energy from interacting with others.

Overall, I believe my international experience helped me become more independent, resilient, and open-minded. Living abroad really shaped who I am.

🎤 Question 2 (과거 경험)

Tell me about a difficult experience you had while living abroad.

  • 언제였는지
  • 무슨 일이 있었는지
  • 그때 감정
  • 어떻게 해결했는지
  • 그 이후 어떻게 바뀌었는지

[힘들었던 경험]

(언제)  One of the hardest moments I had abroad was when I called FedEx about my package.

At that time, I was still not confident speaking English on the phone.

[새로운걸 시도한 경험]

It was my first time making a business call in English.

(무슨 일)I called customer service because my package was delayed, and I was really worried about it. However, during the conversation, the representative suddenly said she couldn’t understand my English. She even told me, “I’m sorry, I can’t understand you,” and then the call got disconnected.

(감정)  I felt shocked and extremely embarrassed.

(변화/해결) But instead of giving up,  I started practicing every day and made more phone calls on purpose.

(그 이후 바뀐 것)Looking back, that experience was painful at the time, but it became a turning point for me.

It pushed me to become more confident and resilient. Now, I can handle business calls in English without fear.

🎤 Question 3

Describe your favorite place to relax. Where is it, what do you do there, and why is it special to you? Take your time and paint a vivid picture!

My favorite place to relax is my bedroom. I do almost everything there. I have a desk by the window where I read, and my bed is so comfortable that I can fall asleep easily. I love my room because it’s where I can be completely comfortable and unwind after a long day. Whether I’m chilling out, being creative, or just recharging, it’s my perfect space.

🎤 Question 4

Describe a memorable trip you’ve taken. Where did you go, what did you do, and why was it so memorable for you? Take your time and share the story!

(언제 ) One of my most memorable trips was to Miami several years ago. A few friends and I all flew in from different cities.

(무슨일) The weather was extremely hot, and we struggled to find water at first, but back at the hotel, we laughed and cooked together.

(변화) That simple time—just chatting and cooking—became a memory I’ll always treasure.

(성장문장) In the end, that trip taught me that even tough moments can become special when you’re with the right people.

🎤 Question 5 (과거 경험)

Describe a time you helped someone. Who was it, what did you do, and how did it make you feel? Take a moment to reflect, and then tell me your story!

(언제&무슨 일) Once, I helped my friend by taking care of her two children last month. One was just eight months old, and the other was five. She was overwhelmed, so when she called me, I made the trip, even though it took an hour.

(감정)  Seeing her relief made me realize how small actions can mean a lot. I didn’t need anything in return—just knowing I helped made me feel happy.

(성장문장)   Moments like that remind me how important it is to be there for others.
